The Coleshill School is seeking a dynamic Lead Teacher of Social Sciences to drive excellence across our Humanities provision and make a lasting impact on student outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or aspiring middle leader to take ownership of a key curriculum area, including subjects such as Sociology, Psychology, and related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for Social Sciences across Key Stages 4 and 5
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking
  • Monitor and raise student achievement through effective assessment and intervention
  • Support and develop colleagues within the department
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
