Lead Teacher job summary

You will be an experienced teacher who will continue to teach in your current class, ensuring continuity for children while contributing to leadership responsibilities for quality of education.

What the role will involve:

• To support the leadership team in providing professional leadership for the School to secure its continued success and development.
• To ensure high quality teaching and learning and subsequent academic achievement and personal development for all pupils
• To lead on a whole school responsibility, as determined by the Head teacher
