What skills and experience we're looking for

Maltby Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a talented, caring and inspirational Lead Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor to join its dedicated staff team at Maltby Lilly Hall Academy to work directly with our young people.

  • have the ability to work with a wide range of people, have good organisational skills, the ability to efficiently complete basic administration tasks, have strong Information Technology Skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and help students in the learning and support process.
  • have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Maltby Lilly Hall Academy operates.
