Leader of Learning in English job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a bright and innovative individual to take on the role of Leader of Learning in English at Greenfield Community College from September 2020. The successful applicant will be a highly committed, motivated and passionate teacher who can lead by example. We are looking for a candidate who will maintain a relentless focus on strategies to ensure the highest quality of teaching and learning in English to achieve outstanding outcomes. This is a middle management post that offers opportunity to lead some aspects of English and Teaching and Learning across the school. There will also be the opportunity to shape the curriculum so that students are motivated to fulfil and exceed their potential.

Your place of work will be Greenfield Community College which has two sites, one in Newton Aycliffe and one in Shildon. You may be required to work in any of the two school sites.
