You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and will take the lead responsibility for first aid in the academy; for which a suitable qualification, or the willingness to be trained, is essential. The role also involves providing high-quality wellbeing support, assisting with general queries, lost property, and contacting parents/carers regarding learner matters. In addition, you will lead on the provision and maintenance of Risk Assessments for learners based on their medical or mobility needs and will support the academy through the accurate and efficient completion of associated administration tasks when required.

You will have the ability to sustain a welcoming environment where learners feel able to come, knowing that their needs, however small, will be met with understanding and compassion. We welcome ideas and creativity about how our services to learners can be enhanced.
