Learning and Development Manager job summary
The Learning & Development Manager will provide an exemplary service for the Trust with responsibility for the development, commissioning and delivery of learning and organisational development interventions.
You will also work across the Trust to ensure staff are aware of the CPD available to them and to ensure all CPD opportunities are accessed and utilised across the Trust.
