What skills and experience we're looking for

Focusing on positive and effective working relationships with students, the Learning and Wellbeing Mentor will contribute to the outstanding practice already in place within the school. A proactive approach to the role will support the team in ensuring an efficient, high impact and first-class experience for all members of the school community.

Applicants should have:

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, must be positive and approachable.

Excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills.

A secure working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and School Information Management Systems (SIMS) is desirable.

The ability to work within a team working environment and also able to work independently

The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
