Learning Coach: Literacy and Numeracy Coaches job summary

At Etone College we are looking to appoint coaches to make an impact in supporting the progress and attainment of our pupils and to help pupils get back on track. We want people who are dedicated and enthusiastic about helping pupils achieve the best of their ability.

Whatever your experience in the classroom, it is your passion that counts. You will be part of a team who support pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4 to understand concepts and processes that they find challenging.

Skills Required:
• Well qualified in your specialist subject area (A-Level is desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communications skills
• Organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and enthuse pupils and instil a love of learning

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
