We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly effective Learning Development Co-ordinator Teaching Assistant to join The Highfield School.

As a Learning Development Co-ordinator Teaching Assistant, you will be required to take an organisational role in coordinating and supporting students with SEND. You will also be required to perform the role of a key worker for targeted individuals and support the teaching of 1:1 or small groups of children.
