An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and adaptable Learning Facilitator to join our established Learning Support team within a school judged by OFSTED as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region. We are a fantastic learning community, set in one of Yorkshire’s most scenic areas, whose facilities have been further enhanced by the completion of a multi-million pound refurbishment and expansion project.
As Learning Facilitator, you will have a commitment to supporting the achievement and wellbeing of vulnerable students. You will work closely with the Attendance Team, pastoral teams and Inclusive Learning team. You will also have high expectations and an unwavering commitment to all staff, students and stakeholders.

- Has experience of supporting secondary school-aged students, particularly those with additional needs or barriers to learning
- Can build positive, trusting relationships and motivate students to engage, progress and develop independence
- Is calm, patient and resilient, with the confidence to manage support students with their learning
- Works effectively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide coordinated support
