Fixed Term (Until 31st August 2026)

35 hours per week (8.15am - 3.45pm, Mon-Fri), Term time + 5 INSET days

Grade 4a (NJC point 11-15)

£28,141 - £30,023 Annually (FTE)

We are a dynamic, values-based learning community with the highest expectations for our pupils and a passion for our curriculum. We are currently on an exciting journey of development and are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Instructor / Cover Supervisor to join us.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will provide targeted learning interventions for groups and individuals, as well as facilitating whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher. You will be based specifically in one class for two days a week for this purpose, with the remainder of your week supporting teaching and learning across the school with high quality interventions. The intervention time will be protected.
