This is a pivotal role in promoting a safe and respectful learning environment across the school. The successful candidate will manage the school's internal isolation provision and provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to support pupils in understanding and improving their behaviour. Working closely with the Deputy Headteacher responsible for Culture & Behaviour, you will play a vital part in supporting pupil wellbeing, engagement and personal development.
We support the professional development of all staff and would offer an appropriate apprenticeship for the successful candidate if interested.
