Is committed to helping pupils overcome barriers such as anxiety, attendance issues, and low confidence.
Can engage and motivate students of all abilities through tailored mentoring and targeted interventions.
Is dedicated to inclusive education, particularly supporting SEND and disadvantaged learners.
Thrives in a dynamic, ambitious environment and is ready to make a lasting impact.
Is willing to deliver cover lessons when required and help oversee the Removal Room to maintain a calm, purposeful atmosphere.

The Ravensbourne School is a large and truly unique 11-19 school, set in the heart of Bromley. There are 1500 students, with 440 students in Post 16. Some of the buildings are Grade II listed, dating back to 1911 whilst other additions are more recent.
