St Mary’s CE Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Learning Mentor to join our supportive and collaborative Pastoral Team.

This role provides the opportunity to support children who enjoy learning as well as to support families and the school's Safeguarding procedures. T

We are looking for a Learning Mentor who is:

Organised and proactive.

Able to bring out the best in children and build relationships with families.

Confident to be a DSL and join our Safeguarding Team (5 in total).

Able to engage families in discussions to support pupil attendance

Able to meet the differing needs of children and provide regulation support when needed.

Able to deliver pastoral interventions.

Committed to working closely with the school community.

Keen to become part of our successful team.

Able to foster and develop a caring ethos, in support of our school’s Christian vision and values.
