LEARNING MENTOR – Maternity Cover

NJC Level 3D (points 7-11), from £19,567 to £20,855 per annum for 32.5 hours per week term-time only, plus 32.5 hours to be worked outside term-time (based on full-time salary of £25,584 to £27,269)

We are looking to recruit an additional Learning Mentor to join our existing team who provide mentoring and learning support to specific students and assist the Heads of Year in providing pastoral support to students.

The successful candidate will be joining the school at a time of exciting change and will play a key role in maintaining and developing the outstanding nature of our care, guidance and support for students.

We are looking for candidates who have good organisational skills and an ability to empathise with young people and communicate effectively with students and staff in a calm and effective manner. Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.
