Learning Mentor job summary
- Developing and delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring support and intervention programmes
- Supporting children and young people to develop and use self-regulation strategies
- Individual learning support within the classroom environment
- Family liaison, encouraging parental involvement
- Supporting and enhancing play of children during break times and lunchtimes
- Working collaboratively with external agencies
- Working alongside colleagues to manage and support attendance
- Providing after school club provision

This post is exempt from the
