Learning & Pastoral Inclusion Mentor job summary
The Hazeley Academy is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Mentor / Year leader. A key focus of this role will be to oversee and assist in the smooth and effective running of a year group.This will involve working within our R2L (Return to Learn) department. You will provide a complementary service to that of Progress Leaders, teachers and other support staff who have responsibility for addressing the needs of students requiring help in meeting their potential and removing barriers to attainment.
