Learning Practitioner - Specialist Skill job summary
Middlewich High School is seeking to appoint a specialist Learning Practitioner. To be considered for this role you must have the motivation and drive to facilitate the inclusion of pupils, you will need to demonstrate a desire to improve pupil outcomes by working as part of a highly motivated team, possess a flexible approach to enable you to support students in class and across a range of subjects together with an ability to plan, implement and monitor interventions.
The successful applicant will be a positive, flexible and motivated individual with personal drive. You will have a calm, organised nature, with the ability to work professionally to strict deadlines, responding effectively and efficiently to challenges. You will be able to communicate confidently and effectively, in varied situations. You will have the ability to work both as part of a team and independently, maintaining a positive and successful working relationship with colleagues.
Hours of work - 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year – Term Time Only - 8am-4pm - Monday to Thursday, 8am-3.30pm Friday
