This is an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Resource Centre (LRC) Team within an outstanding Secondary School.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to manage the LRC at Tomlinscote School. The role will include supporting the curriculum provision and encouraging a passion for literacy across the whole school.
The suitable candidate will be someone who is passionate about reading, creative and supporting students to achieve their full potential.

We also expect staff to undertake a pastoral role as a form tutor. There are also opportunities to get involved in the wider life of the school through trips and extracurricular activities and we will develop every staff member that joins our team, providing one-to-one support, coaching and mentoring and access to extensive professional development.
Any applicant should hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree to be considered for this post.
