Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not
essential
- Be passionate about supporting education
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
- Be flexible and adaptable in a busy educational environment
- Have the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Have a working knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Have the ability to relate to children and young people
- Be able to inspire, influence, challenge and motivate, leading by example
- Have a level 2 qualification in English and maths

Kirkby High School are seeking to appoint a learning supervisor to supervise whole classes during the short term absence of teachers.
