What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have;
- A good standard of education/three or more GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C minimum or L2 Literacy and Numeracy.
- Some experience of working with children with significant Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
- Some experience of working with young people who have experienced developmental trauma.
- Some experience of working with children with Social Communication needs.
- Excellent and effective Communication skills.
- An ability to adapt and respond to the needs of the children.

Further details about the role
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Assistant professional supporting in Key stage 1 mainstream classes each morning and as part of our Resource Base team each afternoon.
