What is the role?

The successful candidate will work alongside teaching staff to support the delivery of high-quality classroom practice, provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will bring a positive, flexible attitude and be adaptable to work across different areas of the school as needed.

A good standard of literacy and numeracy is essential to effectively support teaching and learning in the classroom.

Previous experience working with children across the primary age range is highly desirable.

NVQ Level 3 is desirable although we welcome applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates.

Having experience supporting children with SEND is also desirable
