Learning Support Assistant job summary
Contract Details: 30 hours per week, term time only.

We are always striving to improve the outcomes for our pupils and believe in and 'equity for all' approach to learning. We are seeking to employ a Learning Support Assistant to work in Reception Year on 1:1 basis with SEND needs, including speech and language and communication.
Are efficient, conscientious and enthusiastic
Have experience of EYFS settings
Believe that all children have the potential to do well
Have a calm and organised approach to work
Have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and experience of working with children with additional needs
Are capable of working with and taking advice from external agencies
Are confident and assertive in dealing with challenging behaviours
Are interested in helping children to develop positive learning behaviours
Can adapt to duties and responsibilities as per the needs of the pupil in our care
Good English & Maths skills
