Learning Support Assistant job summary
Temple Mill Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Learning Support Assistant to join the Teaching and Learning Department, to start from September 2026.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and uphold the highest standards in all aspects of their work. They will work closely with the Classroom Teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping the pupil to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their individual learning goals.

This is a Part time, Fixed term temporary role for 1 year, Term Time Only, paid on the NJC PAY SCALE D2 point 4-11 (FTE £25,185.00 - £28,142.00 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £8,537.49 - £9,539.89 per annum)
The working pattern will consist of 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 11.30am
