What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidates will have:

  • A good standard of education/ three or more GCSEs including maths and English at Grade C minimum or L2 literacy and numeracy
  • Some experience of working with children with significant
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
  • Some experience of working with young people who have experienced developmental trauma
  • Some experience of working with children with Social Communication needs
  • Excellent and effective Communication skills
  • An ability to adapt and respond to the needs of the children
