- Want to enhance the learning of our students with special education needs
- Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to support students
- Be a caring individual

- Full training on various SEN needs (although experience of working with ASD and social, emotional and mental health in an educational setting would be advantageous)
- Internal continuous professional development
- The opportunity to undertake a level 3 teaching assistant apprenticeship course
- Full time hours (part time would be considered for the right candidate)
