What skills and experience we're looking for
As an LSA, you will support students in class, lead small groups and work with individuals who may have learning, physical, sensory, behaviour or communication difficulties.
We are seeking professional individuals who:
- Have a good understanding of how children learn
- Have a proven track record of supporting children with a variety of academic, physical, emotional and behavioural needs
- Have a positive, caring manner, with high aspirations for the achievements of all students
- Are creative, committed and inspirational
- Build positive relationships with children and adults
