We are looking to recruit a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to provide direct support to students within school.

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support to enable students to access the curriculum, develop their understanding of social situations, develop independent learning and maintain their emotional wellbeing, as well as supporting students with physical disabilities.

If you have the passion to be a key part of the Learning Support Team and have the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to work with young people, we would like to hear from you.

Experience of working in a school setting is desirable. Additional training will be offered to the successful candidate.
