What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a Reflection Room Manager & Behaviour Mentor to work in our designated area where you will supervise students working with them to provide both academic and pastoral support.

You will be supportive of the school’s values and have the ability to encourage and motivate our students to be the best they can be.
