Learning Support Assistant & Midday Supervisor - Chandlers Field Primary Academy

Start Date: ASAP, fixed term until 31 August 2026

Hours: 08:15 - 15:15 Monday - Friday 27.5 hours per week (25 hours LSA / 2.5 hours Midday Supervisor)

Contract: Fixed term, term time only

Salary:

  • Learning Support Assistant PS3 FTE £24,330 - actual annual salary £14,150
  • Midday Supervisor PS1/2 FTE £23,322 - actual annual salary £1,356

The Role

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference to the lives of young people? We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Key Stage 2 team at Chandlers Field Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor.

This is a brilliant opportunity to support our pupils’ academic journeys whilst ensuring they have a safe and happy experience during the lunchtime break. You’ll work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning so they can really flourish.

The Small Print
