We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant B to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children access their learning, and develop socially and emotionally. You will work alongside teachers to support a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils are encouraged, supported, and able to succeed. We are looking for someone who:
- Can demonstrate the necessary skills and experience of successfully supporting pupil learning.
- Has a caring, empathetic nature with a can-do attitude and a commitment to providing the best possible support to children.
- Experience working collaboratively with a team, including teachers, other support staff, and families.
