The Pioneer Learning Trust is a small but growing Trust of collaborative schools in Luton. We have recently welcomed Ferrars Junior School to the Trust family which consists of – Chantry Primary Academy, Southfield Primary Academy, and Whitefield Primary Academy.

We looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant - Behaviour & Wellbeing to join our very effective Wellbeing Team.
The role involves supporting pupils with additional needs individually and in small groups, as well as social skills and lunchtime clubs. Whilst working under the full direction of the class teacher and Wellbeing Manager. You will support the class teacher in all aspects of classroom organisation, preparing learning resources to support the curriculum and helping to ensure that every child has access to learning opportunities that allow them to develop into independent, active learners.
An NVQ Level 3 in childcare is required for this role.
Working hours: 32.5 hours per week 8.30am - 3.30pm with a 30-minute lunch
Term time plus 5 INSET days
£19,142- £19,757 actual annual salary
