Learning Support Assistant job summary
Do you have a passion for working with children?
We are seeking an inspirational Learning Support Assistant with vision and high expectations for learning, to work across our school, within a whole class setting and on an individual basis. The role will be to support children with additional needs and supervising key children during playtimes and lunchbreaks.
A degree of flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the children and the school. Experience working with children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork are essential. Particular experience working with children with additional needs would be an advantage.
The role will require 27.5 hours per week, 5-days per week, 38.4 weeks of the year for a fixed term period until the 31st August 2026.
