What skills and experience we're looking for
Cowley St Laurence Primary is a vibrant, two form entry primary school serving a community of happy children. We are seeking to appoint a flexible and motivated Learning Support Assistant to support children in our EYFS and KS1. You will be sensitive, caring, have effective communication skills and can demonstrate a commitment to supporting the pupils learning. We are looking for candidates with experience of working with young children especially those with SEND and those with a good understanding of supporting pupils with early Numeracy and Literacy skills.
