Learning Support Assistant job summary
We are looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants to provide 1:1 student support in the classroom. It would be an advantage if the successful candidate has emotional literacy and speech and language experience however, previous experience of working with children with special needs is not required as full training will be given but an empathy with them is essential. Dove House has a strong tradition of developing its own staff.
