What skills and experience we're looking for

• Experience of working with secondary aged children
• Experience of planning and evaluating learning activities for individuals and small groups
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use ICT effectively to support teaching and learning
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Calm and positive approach
• Ability to relate well with children and adults and form effective working relationships
• Sensitive to the needs of children and parents
• Active listening skills
• Ability to use own initiative when required
• Able to manage time effectively.
