About Us
We are a small friendly and nurturing village primary school with an all-year round Nursery and Pre-school provision on site. We have amazing, well-behaved children spread across 4 mixed age classes and follow a natural curiosity approach across the school in line with our vision of ‘I am the vine you are the branches.’
Children have the use of a large playing field, 2 playgrounds and an adventure playground for a variety of activities that promote a love for learning. We back onto beautiful countryside and have a large woodland conservation area, complete with pond, where our children regularly go for forest school sessions enriching our outdoor learning. We are currently renovating and refurnishing our Victorian school building as the school continues to grow.
Led by our Christian vision we work hard to maintain our strong Christian ethos and core values of LOVE, PERSEVERANCE & RESPECT. We were delighted with our last SIAMS church school’s inspection which highlighted how pupils' needs are exceptionally well met.
We are a small but hardworking and committed staff team, striving to ensure that every child and adult has the learning opportunities they need to grow and flourish as individuals. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a forward thinking, village school where our children are inspired to learn and grow together within a Christian Community.
