Working pattern
- Part time: We require a Learning Support Assistant to work at Iceni Academy in Colchester. This position is for 24.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.45am-3.00pm and Friday 8.30am-2.30pm (15-minute morning break and 1-hour lunch break). Term time only, Scale 3 point 5, actual starting salary £12,982 per annum.

What skills and experience we're looking for
It is essential that you have GCSEs (grades A-C), or equivalent, in both Maths and English.
It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the following:
• Enthusiasm to work with children with a variety of different personalities and skill levels.
• Experience within the Primary phase.
• Able to engage well with pupils.
• Able to work under your own initiative.
• Smartly presented and with excellent time management skills.
