Central Walker Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant Level 2 to work as part of their Reception and Early Years unit. Under the direction of the class teacher, you will work to provide classroom support, playing a key, rewarding, part in the development of our pupils.
This post is part time 32.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri 8:30 - 3:30) and is term time only plus 5 training days.
We are looking for someone who can inspire and influence and has;
- An ability to collaborate and work successfully as part of a team, communicating well with pupils, parents and carers.
- Experience of supporting children in a learning environment, encouraging them to reach their potential.
- An ability to develop positive relationships with children, to understand their needs and encourage positive attitudes to learning.
