What skills and experience we're looking for

The College is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our extremely successful SEN team.

The ideal candidate will be able to work under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff to supervise and support individuals or groups of students in or out of the classroom.

The role will require you to work closely with students with specific educational needs including social, emotional and mental health, and assist with the development and implementation of individual intervention and support plans.

Also part of the role is oversight of the school library, making it an engaging learning environment that promotes literacy, independent learning and a love of reading.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to commence their career in SEN education.
