Role Overview
Learning Support Assistants play a vital part in delivering high-quality SEND provision across the Academy. Deployment may include:
- In-class support
- Small-group or 1:1 interventions
- Working within specialist Nurture classrooms, the Cognition & Learning Base, or the SEMH Base
