The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs, both in and outside the classroom.

Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop independence and confidence.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SEND professionals and pastoral staff to ensure students thrive.

Support students' social, emotional and academic development.

Receive comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
