About the role: Marden Primary Academy has a fantastic opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our highly collaborative and supportive team, starting as soon as possible. Our LSAs are pivotal to our success in the classroom and provide a great deal of support for our teachers, therefore our successful candidate will be able to establish strong working relationships with staff and students alike. Key responsibilities will be to work with specific pupils with additional needs on a daily basis and to provide wider support to the Class Teacher in the teaching and welfare of children to attain the targets set within the National Curriculum or Individual Education Plans.

This is a fixed term opportunity until July 2022, offering an actual salary of £12,225 per annum, based on 31.25 hours per week, Term Time only. Every effort will be made to offer a substantive position thereafter, either at Marden Primary Academy or within the wider family of academies across Leigh Academies Trust.
