Learning Support Assistant job summary
Miers Court Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Learning Support Assistant, to start with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and uphold the highest standards in all aspects of their work. They will work closely with the Classroom Teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping the pupil to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their individual learning goals.
This is a part time, fixed term role, Term Time Only, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 points 4-11 (FTE £25,185 - £28,142 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £15,652 - £17,489 per annum).
This is a fixed term position until the end of the academic year, 17th July 2026, as this is a child-linked role.
The working pattern will consist of 27.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
