Grade: Medway NJC D2 point 4-11 (Dependent on experience)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing school community. This term-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities, and committed to helping every child enjoy, achieve and succeed.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with small groups of children, providing targeted support and interventions.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of personalised learning activities.
  • Support pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them to access the curriculum and develop key skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt support as needed.
