Learning Support Assistant job summary

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a variety of class teachers in ensuring access to the curriculum for a range of pupils including those with a full range of additional needs.

Responsibilities will include supporting the needs of identified students and other groups to overcome barriers in learning both inside and outside of the school. The post holder will work under the guidance of our LSA Leader and be part of a team of support for students with specific needs and who require adaptations to allow full engagement with education.

This is a permanent post for 3 days per week (08:30 - 16:00) and term time only (39 weeks per year). The working days to be agreed with the successful candidate.
