We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible person to join our hard working, supportive and welcoming SEN Team as soon as possible. The role requires working for 32.5 hours per week, school term time plus 1 training day.
Duties will include providing classroom, 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs, disability or specific medical needs.
The successful candidate will be:
- Prepared to administer individual students’ medication (after appropriate training)
- Flexible, reliable and enthusiastic
- Positive and professional
- Educated to at least GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
- Able to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and others
- Ideally, experienced in supporting students with special education needs or disability.
