Working pattern
- Full time, part time (Can be done as a job share): This role can be full time or part time. Please specify what hours you can work. Basic working hours are from 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday but some flexibility will be considered for the right candidates. This is term time only post. There will be some evening and weekend working required to support faculty activities, and whole college recruitment and promotional events.

What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to an increase in student numbers we are looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants. In this critical role, you will form an integral part of our growing Inclusive Learning and Development team, providing support to our students. We have full time and part time hours available, please specify on your application which one/hours you are interested in.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide holistic assistance for students with SpLD supporting their personal, social and emotional needs alongside their learning and progression needs. The role will also involve supporting students in accessing welfare services. You will play a key role in helping students to successfully complete and achieve in their learning. The ideal candidate will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with experience of working with students with SEND.
