What skills and experience we're looking for

Skills and Qualifications: A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students - Ability to work well within a team as well as independently- Basic organisational skills to assist with classroom activities- Willingness to learn new skills related to special educational needs support.

Values and Attitudes:- Positive attitude towards challenges with resilience and adaptability - Respectful approach towards students, staff, parents, and carers - Enthusiasm for contributing positively to the school’s ethos based on Christian values - Confidentiality when handling sensitive information regarding pupils.
