Learning Support Assistant (SEND)
Fixed term contract until 31/08/2026 (due to review of SEN funding)
Scale 3 (Point 5 to 6)
Hours: 12.20am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday (15 hours and 50 minutes per week)
Required AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and resilient member of staff to join our lovely team. They will be providing a high level of bespoke support to key pupils in order to support them in achieving their identified targets. The successful candidate will become part of our friendly and hard-working team which is dedicated to ensuring our children learn and are well cared for.
The ideal candidate will need:
- to demonstrate competence in supporting students within a learning environment where you encourage them to achieve and make good progress.
- to be resilient and positive, showing initiative and flexibility to have excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- to be able to work as part of a team under the direction of the class teacher be well organised and efficient.
